CoreComm Solar Boat Challenge

CoreComm Solar Boat Challenge will welcome participants for the fourth time in Balatonalmádi from August 27–30, 2026. At the University of Pannonia’s international solar boat race, 11 teams from five countries will arrive to compete with their self-developed, exclusively solar-powered boats. The three-day event, which is free to attend, will feature spectacular speed, agility, and long-distance races, as well as the opportunity to view the competing boatsand engineering innovations on the shore—all of which await families, technology enthusiasts, and every visitor to Lake Balaton.
