Ederics's WILD Heart – max pulse 2026

Uphills in the forest and a rising heart rate. How many laps can you fit into three hours on steep terrain?

⛰️ A cross-country running day that tests endurance with its proximity to nature and steep elevation gain. The format is a community running event, not a competition, and completion is a matter of individual responsibility and decision.

🧭 The 3 km loop has an elevation gain of 220 meters, and the course requires focused attention. The goal is to combine endurance, self-awareness, and controlled exertion.

🔥 The distance can be repeated freely, and the completion levels are marked in a playful way to indicate the work done. Ranking is based on the number of circles, with the reward being the experience and, after the 7th circle, the "Heart."

🤝 Refreshments are available at the base and the cave, and the communal table culture reinforces the community experience.
