European Championship 2026 – Yerevan, Armenia In May 2026, the international combat sports world will turn its attention to Armenia: theHungarian Grappling Federation will compete against the continent's best in Yerevan, the heart of the Caucasus region. The event is held under the auspices of United World Wrestling (UWW), which guarantees the highest professional standards and world-class organization.Why is it worth following the event?

• Historic venue:Yerevan is hosting the UWW Grappling European Championships for the first time, so both competitors and spectators can expect a special atmosphere.
• All age groups will be represented: In addition to the U15, U17, and U20 age groups, as well as the champions of the adult and veteran categories, will compete for glory.
• The highest level of competition: The continental competition also covers the boundaries of grappling and MMA, as the program in Yerevan is complemented by the Pankration and the Amateur MMA European Championships in the competition series at the end of May.
