A Balaton middle-distance triathlon challenge: swimming in the harbor, city cycling, and running – on a professional course.

🎪 A middle-distance triathlon and full-day sports festival in Balatonszemes: the main program is eXtremeMan113 (1.9/90/21), alongside which there is "Try Triathlon" with shortened distances (17 and 49.5), cycling only (ITT 25.5) and running only (3.5 km) options. The aim of the event is to provide a preparatory stage before eXtremeMan in Nagyatád.

🌹 The start and finish areas are located in Rózsa Park (Balatonszemes), while the race office and depots are located near the waterfront/race center.

🏁 Start: eXtremeMan113 10:00 a.m., "Try Triathlon" starts at 10:05 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.

💪 eXtremeMan113: 1.9 km swim • 90 km bike • 21 km run.

🏊‍♂️ Shortened distances ("Try Triathlon"):

• eXtremeMan17: 400 m swim • 12.85 km bike • 3.5 km run.
• eXtremeMan49.5: 400 m swim • 38.55 km bike • 10.5 km run.

🚴‍♀️ Cycling only: ITT 25.5 km

🏃‍♀️ Running only: 3.5 km. 

🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Age limit:

• 113 & "For advanced" (49.5) 18+
• "Get started" (17) 14+
• The accompanying running race has no age limit.

⏱ Timing / rules:

• Chip timing
• No drafting (blue card = 2 minutes in the Penalty Box, repeat = disqualification)
• Doping control may be expected
• MTSZ (Hungarian Triathlon Association) rulebook applies
• Individual 113 competition: racing license required.

🥤 Refreshments: water bottle replacement on the bike (High5, NaturAqua), High5 gel, water, salt tablets during the run.

🏅 Prizes:

• 113 - according to category (individual adult, senior, veteran) and relay: 1st-3rd place
• "Try Triathlon" and bike: absolute men/women 1st-3rd place
• a unique finisher's medal.
