Incubator – Amateur pop music evenings: The Beets

Incubator is Agora's series of events featuring amateur popular musicians.
The first performer of the year will be The Beets.

The Beets is a singer-guitarist duo consisting of Viktória Bokor-Gál, singer, and Kristóf Varjassy, guitarist. Their songs are varied, ranging from the 60s and 70s to today's hits. Kristóf has been playing the guitar for years and has also started taking singing lessons. He lived abroad for a long time and performed regularly there. Viki studied solfège, piano, and singing at the music school in Veszprém for 11 years as a child. Then, as adults, they both started over and soon found each other as musical partners.
They have been playing together for two years now and have had the opportunity to perform in several restaurants and pubs in Veszprém. In the summer of 2025, as up-and-coming local talents, they were able to introduce themselves at Rosé, Riesling & Jazz Days. Now they are playing at Agora.
