🎭 Karolina Carnival is an iconic event of the carnival season, eagerly awaited for years, where wearing a costume is mandatory, and every detail is about playful elegance. Guests and staff alike take the masquerade atmosphere seriously, and the evening is all about creative appearances, shared experiences, and music.

🍽️ The evening begins with a festive menu, with several courses to choose from. Creativity is also evident in the kitchen, with vegetarian, lactose-free, or gluten-free meals available upon prior request. The event will be accompanied by an evening-long musical performance by Imre Rakonczai.

🗓️ Date and time: Friday, February 13, 2026; arrival at 7:00 p.m., dinner at 8:00 p.m.

👗 Dress code: costumes are mandatory, with prizes for the best costumes

🏆 Prizes: a Karolina package for the top three winners; the grand prize is admission for two to any summer concert

🥂 Welcome drink: Irsai Olivér sparkling wine

🥗 Starter: Goose liver terrine with crisp house baguette OR Caprese with house basil pesto

🍖 Main course: Oven‑roasted goose leg with mashed potatoes and braised cabbage with quince OR Vadas beef with bread dumplings

🍩 Dessert: Carnival doughnuts with house apricot jam.

🥦 Special diets: vegetarian, lactose-free, or gluten-free options are available upon request.

📝 Selection deadline: meals must be selected at least 72 hours before the event.

💳 Participation fee: 35,000 HUF/person

💰 Deposit: 17,500 HUF/person, payable by bank transfer or in person

💵 Remaining amount: 17,500 HUF/person, payable on site on the evening of the event

👥 Seating: Shared tables may occur for reservations of 2 people.
