Miklós Fenyő-István Tasnádi: Made in Hungary musical. In the early 1960s, he emigrated to America, then "defected" back: a typically Hungarian family from Angyalföld: the Fenyős. Young Ricsi was deeply immersed in everything that America could mean to a teenager: chewing gum, Marlboro cigarettes, Hawaiian shirts, and above all, rock and roll. Influenced by his experiences abroad and an obsessed record collector and radio engineer, he decided to start a band. However, much has changed at home in the meantime: his old friends have a new leader, and his childhood sweetheart is now dating someone else...The play by Miklós Fenyő and István Tasnádi tells the story of a young band who, longing for the American dream, try to break out of socialist reality. The musical presents the life experiences, desires, and problems, as well as the social and political circumstances that influenced them. The performance is full of humor, romance, and excitement, and features classic Hungarian hits such as Viva Rock and Roll, Csókkirály, and Made in Hungária. The characters and situations in the performance are not coincidental in any way.From the age of 12. The performance lasts approximately 150 minutes, including an intermission.
