Run a 20! Conquer the Twenty-Storey Tower!

A stair climbing competition in the Twenty-Storey Building in Veszprém – a unique opportunity!

🏢 An iconic building, a unique occasion: a staircase race in the "Húszemeletes", where the goal is to reach the top. The races start every half minute, and your time is measured by a chip.

🎉 The atmosphere is reminiscent of a running festival, and the goal is clear: who can "climb" the building the fastest. A gift of a headband/tube hat, a refreshment, and official time measurement await the finishers.

📅 Date: between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., March 7, 2026 (Saturday) 

📌 Location: Húszemeletes // 6 Kossuth Street, Veszprém

🧩 Format: stair running competition • starts: every 30 seconds • timing: chip timing

🕘 Registration / race number collection: at the race center from 9:00 a.m. • mandatory at least 60 minutes before your own start time

👥 Age groups (men and women separately): 0-20 • 21-30 • 31-40 • 41-50 • 51-60 • 60+

🎟️ Registration: FREE, but pre-registration is required, limited to 300 participants (in order of registration)

🗓️ Registration deadline: February 19, 2026, at the latest, via Google Form

🎁 Registration package/services: gift headband/tube scarf for all finishers • chip timing • race number • secured track • medical service • hot tea, savory scones

🏁 Organization: starting order announced before the race • start-finish time recorded by chip

🏅 Prizes: all finishers – a gift headband/tube • 1st–3rd place in each category – a medal • category winners – a special award • absolute 1st to 3rd place – top honors • youngest & oldest finisher - a special award
