But we rarely think about the devastating passion and desire for love that lived within him. "With the power of his madness, Attila József sometimes reached deeper with a single word than anyone else before him," writes Sándor Márai about him in his diary. It is from this depth that Miklós Vecsei draws, attempting to reveal the poet's life, his loves, and excerpts from his poems.
