This time, we’re not heading to Lake Balaton or the wine region, but to Veszprém’s historic heart, the Castle District. We’ll be partying from day into night at FOTON Audiovisual Center, located next to the Fire Tower.... Musically, we’re going for the heavier beats—Melodic House & Techno are the goals... of course, the dancing doesn’t end here.

*General Terms and Conditions (T&C)*

1. *Changes to the event’s program and schedule*

The event organizers, the *Sun & Moon Team*, reserve the right to change the announced program and schedule without prior notice if required by technical, weather, organizational, or any other justified reason. The organizers will do everything in their power to ensure that program changes cause as little inconvenience as possible to participants. The organizers assume no liability for damages related to program or schedule changes.

2. *Prohibition on Bringing Animals*

Pets may only be brought to the event at your own risk.

3. *Ticket Purchase and Admission*

Admission to the event is possible by purchasing a ticket or with an invitation provided by the organizers. Tickets are non-refundable, except in the event that the entire event is canceled.

4. *Event Cancellation*

If the event is canceled due to a fault of the *Sun & Moon Team* or for other unavoidable reasons (e.g., force majeure), the organizers agree to refund 100% of the ticket price to ticket holders. The organizers will send a separate notification regarding the method and timing of the refund.

*Important note:* The *Sun & Moon Team* assumes no liability for any other damages or costs resulting from the cancellation of the event (e.g., accommodation, travel, etc.). Our liability is limited exclusively to the price of the purchased tickets.

5. *Disclaimer*

The event organizers assume no liability for the loss, damage, oror any accidents suffered during the event, unless the damage results from the organizers’ negligence.

6. *Rules of Conduct*

Visitors are expected to behave in a civilized and respectful manner within the event grounds. The *Sun & Moon Team* reserves the right to remove any visitor who jeopardizes the safety of the event or fails to comply with the event rules to be removed from the premises.

7. The event is free for kids under 14 years of age when accompanied by a parent or guardian.These General Terms and Conditions apply for the entire duration of the event. By purchasing a ticket, visitors automatically accept these terms and conditions
