17th Spartan Muaythai Cup – Where tradition and combat meet

The event, organized by the Spartan Fight Club has grown over the years to become one of Hungary's most popular open muaythai competitions. What makes this event special is that it is held according to the amateur rules of the international IFMA (International Federation of Muaythai Associations) amateur rules, giving competitors the opportunity to test themselves under professional conditions.

• International standard: The cup regularly attracts participants from neighboring countries (Austria, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Serbia), thus guaranteeing a high technical standard and exciting matches.

• A friendly yet professional atmosphere: From the modern stands of Pestszentimrei Sportkastély, spectators can enjoy spectacular punches, kicks, and special techniques characteristic of Muay Thai, such as elbow and knee strikes, or spectacular clinch fighting.

• Sports diplomacy event: The opening ceremonies are often honored by distinguished guests, including the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand, which enhances the prestige and credibility of the event.

• Battle of the Generations: In the early afternoon, the youngest hopefuls (children and cadet categories) take to the stage, while in the afternoon, the more experienced adults close the day with their competitions.
