For fifty years, Izi and Ervin haven’t spent a single night apart. Izi is in hospital, and Ervin can’t sleep. As he curls up next to her hospital bed, Ervin dozes off. In his dream, he’s at a pastry shop with Izi. Over a pastry, they argue bitterly about sleep and waking up. Ágoston Kenéz’s film is both a poignant drama and a unique exploration of genre.
