Aerial Gymnastics and Aerial Dance Association
Classes at the studio are conducted using four unique pieces of equipment: a hammock, a hoop, a silk, and a pole. In our classes, participants can develop their strength, flexibility, coordination, and body awareness in a playful yet professional manner. In addition to aerial gymnastics and aerial dance, we have placed special emphasis on safe movement and the development of healthy posture; which is why we regularly organize stretching, mobility, and core training classes.
Instruction takes place in a supportive and accepting community, where people of all ages and ability levels can find their own sense of achievement. Our goal is to make the joy of movement accessible to everyone while providing our participants with self-confidence, perseverance, and a sense of community.
