Kisapáti

Kisapáti is one of the most beautiful settlements in the Tapolca Basin, located at the eastern foot of Szent György Hill, within the Balaton Uplands National Park. The sight of the basalt organs and the panorama of the volcanic hill offer an unparalleled experience, while the Holy Cross Chapel and Kaán Károly Tourist Lodge are popular destinations for hikers. The village is famous for its wines and hospitable atmosphere, offering high-quality accommodation and gastronomic delights to visitors.

The settlement can be reached by car from Tapolca, Hegymagas and Nemesgulács. The shared railway station with the latter is about a quarter of an hour's walk from the center of the village. Bus access is typically available from Tapolca or via Badacsonytomaj.
