Introduction

The Sabar Winery is located on the side of the 217-meter-high Sabar Hill, rising on the border of Káptalanti, where the "small mountain, great wines" is based on the natural character of the place. The atmosphere of the house is friendly, personal, and unpretentious; the essence of the experience is the encounter between wine and the tranquility of the landscape.

The spirit of the offer and the guest experience is best described by the term "sabarism": relaxed, communal moments in a wine terrace setting. The program environment also includes walks and tours, in line with the motto "every trip is good if it ends with wine."

Location & Accessibility

Sabar Hill is located east of Káptalantóti. It can be reached by car from Rózsadomb Street, and parking is available on site. For those arriving by public transport, it is about a 20-minute walk from the center of the village.

For organized visits, it is advisable to check-in in advance so that the tour can take place under ideal circumstances, with personalized conditions. If you register by phone or email, they are available outside of opening hours by arrangement. They are open all year round, and their wines can also be purchased online.
