Tobruk Beach

Tobruk Beach is located in the western part of Balatonfűzfő, in the Tobruk district, in a quiet, family-friendly environment. The beach is particularly popular with families with small children, thanks to its gradually deepening water and sandy paddling area , which ensures safe swimming for the little ones. Most of the beach is grassy, with a smaller section paved with concrete, making it suitable for both sunbathing and relaxing in the shade.

The beach area has a playground, a diaper changing station, toilets, changing rooms, bicycle parking, and first aid services. Guests can also rent sun loungers, and several cafes and restaurants offer refreshments and dining options.

Tobruk Beach is located near Route 71, along Rákóczi Street. Coming from Balatonalmádi, turn right at the first intersection. There is free parking in front of the beach, which also has shaded areas. The nearest train station is approximately 1,800 meters away, while the bus stop is 800 meters away, so the beach is also accessible by public transport. The Lake Balaton cycle path runs right in front of the beach, making it easily accessible by bike.
