In 2022, the Modern Gallery opened its doors under the care of House of Arts - Vass László Collection building, which, as a separate gallery, allows visitors to view classic footwear and gain insight into a craft that is slowly dying out: the tricks of the trade of custom shoe making, demonstrating the subtle steps of creation, illustrating how high-quality products, valued even in contemporary wear, are made using traditional technology.
