In the spring of 2026, TASTE BALATON Festival will once again kick off the Balaton spring season: during the 10-day event, you can expect a real gastronomic and cultural extravaganza if you visit the region. The festival's programs are hosted by the best restaurants around Lake Balaton, which are open all year round: exclusive tastings, gastronomic tours, concert dinners, wine tastings, literary discussions, guest chef presentations, professional and scientific lectures, international guests, countless workshops, exhibitions, and a glimpse behind the scenes of the restaurant.
